I understand that they give it to one person, but it really belongs to all of us - coaches, executive, volunteers and players past and present. This is an honour that falls on all of us, it is wonderful to be involved in such a successful organization - think of it - 10 years of a winning tradition in football. No way could one person make this happen, it takes a team to make it work."
